We get full technical back up from manufacturers and are in direct communication with technical departments, as well as keeping up to date with current technology so we can offer you a first class, knowledgeable service.
What will it cost me?
08.00 to 17.00hrs, Monday to Friday
£85.00 for breakdowns or repairs for the first hour, plus the cost of any parts. Subsequent hours, if needed, are charged on a pro rata basis of £65.00 per hour. Out of hours
£100.00 for breakdowns or repairs for the first hour, plus the cost of any parts. Subsequent hours, if needed, are charged on a pro rata basis of £85.00 per hour.
Gate not installed by us?
Not a Problem
All gates, work on the same principle, so diagnosing faults as a set presider.
Information that we would require
We’ll ask you for the make, model and voltage. If the gate is a sliding gate, a pair of gates a swing gate. Are the motors above ground or in ground this information just helps us on what equipment, may be needed. But don’t worry if your unsure, our office staff and engineer will help.
