We have a dedicated service engineers, on call 24 7 giving you, peace of mind. That someone is always there. With their expertise, in gate automation. Making customer satisfaction a priority. We get full technical back up from manufacturers and are in direct communication with technical departments, as well as keeping up to date with current technology so we can offer you a first class, knowledgeable service.
What Will It Cost Me ?
Standard Hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30)
£99.00 for breakdowns or repairs for the first hour . This includes driving time + the cost of any required parts
Additional time, if needed, is charged pro rata at £85.00 per hour.
Out of Hours
£175.00 for breakdowns or repairs for the first hour .This includes driving time + the cost of any required parts
Any further time is charged pro rata at £105.00 per hour.
Outside Our Normal Service Area
For call-outs outside our standard areas, please contact us for a personalised quotation.
Additional Engineers
If an extra engineer is required, the same hourly rate will apply.
Gate not installed by us?
Not a Problem
All gates, work on the same principle, so diagnosing faults as a set presider.
Information that we would require
We’ll ask you for the make, model and voltage. If the gate is a sliding gate, a pair of gates a swing gate. Are the motors above ground or in ground this information just helps us on what equipment, may be needed. But don’t worry if your unsure, our office staff and engineer will help.
